Brennan's
Fine Dining Restaurant in Destin- Royal B
Brennan's Fine Dining Restaurant in
Destin
http://www.linkbrander.com/go/59799Royal B Web SiteClark Brennan is a very good
restaurateur who learned his business in New Orleans.
He and his
wife Tiffany Acosta, who is a
native of Gulfport, Mississippi, met at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Al
and eventually married and have lived in Houston, New Orleans, and now
Jackson, Mississippi after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina. They have
three lovely daughters and have opened their own fine dining restaurant in Destin, Florida along with Clark's brother Blake and his young
family.
Tiffany Acosta grew up with my young sons in Gulfport and
attended St. John's high school where her father Dr. Lanny Acosta was the principal for many
years. Dr. Acosta and his family have been very good friends for almost thirty years.
It is always
refreshing when you learn that people you know are dedicated and committed
to making themselves successful. The restaurant business is a very difficult business to succeed in.
Good restaurants that deliver what they promise in atmosphere,
food and service are always
welcome additions to my world. Growing up in New Orleans with a family of good cooks taught me about
good food.
The Brennan family decided to open their first restaurant last summer in Destin,
Florida and it has been a great addition to the restaurant business. The restaurant has been named the number one fine dining restaurant in Florida for the past year. The restaurant is the first of at least two
that the young Brennans intend to open. They are working on their
new restaurant in Jackson, Mississippi and
hope to open that one soon. At the present time they are concentrating on developing and improving their
Royal B fine dining restaurant on The Emerald Coast Parkway in Destin Florida. The
dining experience you will have at their restaurant in destin will not soon be
forgotten and you will be very eager to return again and
again.

Destin Fine Dining Restaurant Clark and Blake Brennan
http://www.linkbrander.com/go/59846http://www.royalbrestaurants.blogspot.comThe menu at the Royal B fine
dining restaurant in destin Florida makes you feel like you are in New Orleans. The
atmosphere sets the stage as you enter the classic décor of old New
Orleans. The staff is friendly and welcomes you as though you are an old
friend.
The menu features Appetizers such as Shrimp Remoulade,
Crawfish Beignets, and Oysters Rockefeller.
Outstanding Creole
Gumbo and Turtle Soup and Crawfish and Crab Bisque are offered as potages
or soup to the uninitiated. The turtle soup is a New Orleans classic and
you understand why these owners and their staff hail from New Orleans. All
the soups are well seasoned with all the flavor you would expect in the
French Quarter or on old canal street. You might expect to walk out and
see the Mississippi river rather than the blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico.
The owners Clark and Blake Brennan want you to imagine
yourself in New Orleans because that is the only way they know how to
please their customers.
The salads include the Heirloom Tomato and
Lump Crabmeat Salad and the Jackson Square Salad which is another New
Orleans tradition. The lump crabmeat is pure white and sweet and
fresh.
The main entrees include fresh fish dishes, veal, chicken,
and steak dishes all expertly prepared by the fine New Orleans chefs that
staff the kitchen at this destin restaurant.
You need to save some room for
the outstanding classic desserts which include Bananas foster expertly
prepared at your table and Crepes Fitzgerald which is also flambéed
tableside.
The coffee
is classic New Orleans chicory laced coffee
expertly brewed and full of flavor.
The whole experience is one
which will leave you anticipating your next visit to this fine dining

Review Turtle Soup in

Clark and Blake
Brennan's Royal B Restaurant
http://www.linkbrander.com/go/59846http://www.royalbrestaurants.blogspot.comDestin restaurants have this New Orleans Classic
at the Royal B. Growing up in New Orleans, I remember vividly my great
aunt taking that turtle by his tail and throwing him into this big
kitchen basin getting ready to make
her turtle soup. Of course she called it cow an (pronounced COW-wan like
tan). I guess that is why it took me along time to enjoy eating turtle
soup because of the memory of that poor cow a being prepared fro the big
pot. I don't know how her soup tasted but by the way everyone practically
inhaled it, it must have been pretty tasty. I do know the turtle soup at
Royal B Destin restaurant is outstanding.
I probably didn't taste
turtle soup until I was over forty but now I look forward to someone
making a good turtle soup and the Destin Royal B restaurant is one of the best I have
ever tasted.
The classic New Orleans dishes prepared at this
Destin restaurant is sure to make you feel as though you are back
home in New Orleans. If you are
from the New Orleans area visiting Destin you will be delighted that you
can sample some great new
Orleans cuisine at this Destin restaurant which is new in
the last year among Destin restaurants.
Try all the soups and
appetizers as you return again and again. Don't miss the great desserts
and good rich coffee.
The staff at this fine dining Destin
restaurant will make you a believer very quickly in the joys of
good New Orleans food.
