Pecan Pie
Muffins
1 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1/2
cup all purpose flour
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 stick butter melted
1 tbsp. dark karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix all
in bowl by hand and spoon into muffin tins. Use the standard
size muffin papers. Spray papers with a little Pam.

degrees for approx. 25 mi
