Crawfish Fettuccini

pkg McCormick Alfredo sauce mix
1
pkg frozen crawfish tails
1
stick margarine
½
stick margarine
½
pint whipping cream
1
cup evaporated milk
½
cup chopped prepared seasoning (onions, green onions, garlic,
etc)
½
12 oz. bag of broad egg noodles

Chachere’s to taste
Boil
noodles and set aside
Melt
full stick of margarine. Sautee crawfish tails in margarine
for about 20 minutes or until
tender.
Melt
½ stick of margarine. Sautee seasoning in melted margarine and
add to crawfish.
Prepare
Alfredo sauce per package directions. Add whipping cream and
evaporated milk and bring to a boil. Add
Chachere’s.
Add
liquid mixture to crawfish mixture and cook over low heat for
about 20 minutes. Pour into boiled noodles and stir. Serve
hot.
