Karen's Corn Bread
Dressing

lbs. Winn Dixie Cajun Sausage
3
boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
3
cups chicken broth or stock
Small
container of prepared seasoning (onion, green onion, garlic,
etc) OR half large container
1
stick margarine
Prepare
cornbread per package directions and set aside until
cool.
Remove
sausage from casing and fry until all pink is
gone.
Melt
butter or margarine. Sautee seasoning in melted margarine
until tender and golden brown and add to
sausage.
Add
broth or stock to mixture and cook over low heat for about 20
minutes
Crumble
cornbread and add to mixture.
Bake
in a greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2) for approximately 1 hour
in a 350 degree oven
