Recipe Of The Day

Scalloped Oysters

1 pint of oysters

2 pkg soda crackers crushed

1 stick butter

1 cup milk

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Powdered mustard

Pepper

Paprika

Layer oysters, cracker crumbs, butter and a sprinkling of powdered mustard and pepper

Poke holes to the bottom of the layers and pour in the milk into which you have added the Worcestershire sauce

Bake 1 ½ hours at 325 degrees
