Jalapeno
Cheese Grits
4 cups of
water
1 tsp
salt
1 cup
grits
1 stick
margarine or butter
2 cups grated
mild sharp cheddar cheese
Dash of garlic
powder
Dash of red
pepper
½ cup chopped
jalapeno peppers
1 egg,
beaten
Cook grits in
water until thick
Add all other
ingredients Mix well
Place in a
greased 9 x 13 casserole and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
