RECIPE OF THE DAY

DRIED BEEF CHICKEN

6 to 8 chicken breasts, deboned

6 to 8 slices bacon

1 pkg. dried beef in jar

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 and ½ cups sour cream

1(8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Pepper (no salt)

Wrap bacon and dried beef around each chicken piece. Place in a 9x13 inch dish. Cover with mixture of soup, sour cream, and cream cheese seasoned with pepper. Cover lightly with foil and bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Serve with rice.
