Crawfish Fettucine
3 sticks
margarine
3 pounds of
crawfish
2 medium
onions
1 pint
half-half
3 ribs
celery
6 slices of jalapeno’s
chopped
1 lb
fettuccine
1lb velveeta
cheese
3 cloves garlic,
minced
˝ cup
parsley
˝ cup green
onions
1 cup parmesan
cheese
1 heaping tablespoon
flour
Melt
margarine, add onions, celery, garlic. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add
ceawfish and cook for about 10 minutes. Add flour, ˝ & ˝. Cook for
another 5 minutes. Add velveeta, jalapenos, green onions,
and parsley. Remove from heat. Add to cooked fettuccine. Add parmesan and
serve.

You can cut this in half
if you like, as it makes so much. You also some times can add cooked
shrimp, and or crabmeat.
