CRABMEAT AND SHRIMP GALORE
1 c. green pepper, chopped fine
2 c. celery, chopped fine
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1½ c. crabmeat
4 to 5 c. cooked shrimp
½ Tbsp. black pepper
1½ Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ Tbsp. Tabasco
2 Tbsp. Accent
1¼ to 1½ c. mayonnaise
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. Chopped parsley, mixed in
crumbs
Mix as listed, mayonnaise last. Pour into buttered
casserole, lop with crumbs.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350° or until hot and
bubbling.
