1½ lb. broccoli
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. chopped onion
Salt
Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. grated cheese
¼ C. melted butter
½ c. bread crumbs
¼ tsp. pepper
Slit broccoli fine. Cook in ½ cup boiling
water until tender. Drain. Put in buttered
casserole. Mix eggs, onion, salt, sauce,
and cheese with butter. Pour over broccoli.
Top
with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees
for 30 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
