Holiday EGG NOG
I dozen eggs
1 lb powdered sugar
1 quart bourbon
1 quart Brandy
1 pint rum
1 qt whipping cream - whipped
2 quarts half and half
1 gallon whole milk
3 gallon plastic containers
Separate eggs yolks and beat until thick
Add brandy, bourbon, and rum to egg yolks
Whip egg whites and fold with whipped cream into
mixture
Put in 3 gallon containers and refrigerate preferably
for 3 weeks.
Make at least two weeks ahead of
time.
Half portion
6 eggs
8oz powdered sugar
˝ qt. Bourbon
/2 qt. brandy
˝ pint rum
1 pint whipping cream whipped
1 qt half and half
˝ gallon (2 qts.) whole milk
2 gallon plastic containers or (1 gallon plastic
container and one ˝ gallon plastic
containers)
Separate eggs yolks and beat until thick
Add brandy, bourbon, and rum to egg yolks
Whip egg whites and fold with whipped cream into
mixture
Put in 3 gallon containers and refrigerate preferably
for 3 weeks.
