Boneless Skinless
Chicken Breast
one Stick of butter
melted
30-50 crushed
crackers either saltines or ritz
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Wash chicken and pat
dry..set aside
In a bowl melt
butter
in a separate bowl
crumble the crackers (not all needs to be fine pieces)
I put salt and
pepper to taste in the cracker mixture and 1 tablespoon of the
paprika
Dip the chicken in
the butter and then coat in the cracker mixture (sometimes i double
coat) :)
Place on a foiled
line baking sheet and bake at 375 for about one hour
