1 jar of Alfredo sauce
1 lb crawfish (or shrimp)
Onion, green pepper and celery (sorry, I don't
measure!)
*Great substitution is frozen Pic Sweet Creole Cooking
Blend found in your local grocery freezer = )*
1 lb noodles (whatever you want... spaghetti, linguine
etc)
Tony's seasoning (or seaon salt) to taste
Saute seaonings with crawfish and/or shrimp. Mix with
alfredo sauce and season with Tony's to
taste. Serve over boiled noodles or mix noodles in
sauce
