Brisket - Barbecue
Ingredients
• 1 large uncooked
brisket
• 2 tablespoons
paprika
• 2 tablespoons garlic
salt
• 2 tablespoons cracked black
pepper
• 1 teaspoon meat
tenderizer
Preparation
1. Place brisket fat-side down in a roasting pan.
Combine all dry ingredients and sprinkle
generously over the top.
2. Cover with foil and bake for 10 hours at 200°F.
3. Cool for 20 minutes before slicing. Can serve
slices on rye bread with Dijon mustard and Swiss
cheese or on buns for a
picnic.
