1 c. whipping cream
1 c. tomato catsup
2 cans of hearts of artichoke
red pepper
Whip cream until stiff. Add catsup and blend
thoroughly. Add
red pepper to suit taste.
Place hearts of artichokes in cocktail glasses with
generous
serving of sauce. Serve with Ritz crackers.
The above may be served as a cocktail or salad. Any
left-over
sauce is delicious on other green salads.
