1½ c. yellow corn meal 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder 1 egg
1 small onion, chopped fine 1 c. cream style corn
Mix ingredients and drop by spoonfuls in deep hot fat. If mixture seems too dry or
too stiff, add more corn.
